Residential & Commercial
Available for homeowners, farms, and businesses on qualifying projects. Plans are arranged case-by-case with the owner.
How It Works

- Ask about a payment plan. Tell us your budget and timeline. We'll talk through what works.
- Sign a simple agreement. Schedule and terms in writing — directly with S&S Fencing.
- We start your project. You pay on the agreed schedule. Workmanship warranty still applies.
Who Qualifies
Plans are offered at the owner's discretion based on the project scope, deposit, and timeline. Because everything is in-house, there's no credit application and no impact to your credit score.

Prefer to pay up front? We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, cash, and business checks. Commercial projects can be invoiced with standard Net-30 terms with COI and W-9 on file.
S&S Fencing & Property Maintenance LLC does not use outside financing partners and does not perform credit checks. All payment plans are arranged directly with the company.
