1-Year Workmanship Warranty
If a post heaves, a rail loosens, a gate sags, or any install detail fails within 12 months of completion — we come back and fix it at no charge. No deductibles. No re-inspection fees.
Full Manufacturer Coverage
Aluminum, vinyl, and chain-link materials carry the manufacturer's own warranty (often 20-year to lifetime). We register the install in your name and hand you the paperwork at closeout.

Issue with something we installed? Call 502-468-1209 — we triage warranty calls within one business day. Note: we cover warranty work on our own installs; we do not take on third-party repair jobs.
Transferable to Next Owner
Selling within the warranty window? The remaining workmanship coverage transfers to the new property owner — a real value-add at closing.
What's Covered
- Post settling, heaving, or movement caused by install
- Rail, picket, and panel attachment failures
- Gate hinges, latches, drop-rods, and gate-frame welds
- Gate operator install workmanship (operator hardware covered by manufacturer)
- Concrete footings on commercial and ornamental installs
What's Not Covered
- Damage from vehicle impact, fallen trees, or third-party contractors
- Stain or paint fading on wood that wasn't part of our painting scope
- Acts of God beyond reasonable wind/weather load for the material chosen
- Customer-supplied materials we didn't source
